At Andless Café, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. This Refund Policy outlines our policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and returns for various types of transactions.

1. In-Store Purchases

1.1 Food and Beverage Items

Due to the perishable nature of food and beverage products, we generally do not offer refunds on completed in-store purchases. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order for any of the following reasons, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund:

  • The product was prepared incorrectly
  • The product does not match what you ordered
  • The product is defective or of poor quality
  • The product was not served at the appropriate temperature

Please notify a staff member immediately if you have any concerns with your order. We will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

1.2 Packaged Products

Unopened, packaged products such as whole coffee beans, ground coffee, or merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided:

  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The packaging is unopened and undamaged
  • You have a valid receipt or proof of purchase
  • The product was purchased directly from Andless Café

2. Online Orders

2.1 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your online order for a full refund if:

  • The cancellation request is made within 30 minutes of placing the order
  • The order has not yet been prepared or dispatched
  • The cancellation is made through our website or by calling our customer service

Once an order has been prepared or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee.

2.2 Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your online order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will:

  • Provide a replacement order at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

We may request photographic evidence of the issue to process your claim.

2.3 Non-Delivery

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if the order cannot be located or delivered, provide a full refund.

3. Refund Processing

3.1 Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be credited back to the original card within 5-10 business days
  • Digital Wallets: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Cash Purchases: Cash refunds will be provided immediately at the store
  • Online Payment Gateways: Refunds will be processed according to the gateway's timeline

3.2 Processing Time

Once we approve a refund request:

  • We will initiate the refund within 2-3 business days
  • The refund will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

4. Franchise-Related Refunds

4.1 Franchise Application Fees

Application fees for franchise opportunities are non-refundable once submitted. This fee covers the administrative costs of processing your application and conducting initial assessments.

4.2 Franchise Fees

Franchise fees may be subject to refund under specific conditions outlined in the Franchise Agreement:

  • If Andless Café terminates the franchise agreement due to our inability to fulfill obligations, a partial refund may be provided
  • If the franchisee cancels before the commencement of training, a partial refund may be available, subject to deductions for incurred costs
  • Once training has begun or the franchise location has opened, franchise fees are non-refundable

Please refer to your specific Franchise Agreement for detailed terms and conditions regarding refunds.

5. Gift Cards and Vouchers

Gift cards and promotional vouchers are subject to the following refund policy:

  • Unused gift cards may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if the original receipt is provided
  • Partially used gift cards cannot be refunded for the remaining balance
  • Promotional vouchers and complimentary gift cards are non-refundable
  • Gift cards purchased at a discount are refundable only for the amount actually paid

6. Loyalty Program and Promotional Offers

Points, rewards, or benefits earned through our loyalty program:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded
  • May be forfeited if the associated purchase is refunded
  • Are subject to the terms and conditions of the loyalty program

Promotional discounts or offers used on a refunded purchase will be reinstated to your account if applicable.

7. Events and Workshops

For ticketed events, workshops, or coffee tasting sessions:

  • Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the event
  • 50% refunds are available if cancellation is made 24-72 hours before the event
  • No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event
  • Events cancelled by Andless Café will receive a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled event

8. Catering and Corporate Orders

For large catering or corporate orders:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/service receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before are non-refundable
  • Custom or specially prepared items may have different cancellation policies

9. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Andless Café reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy in cases of:

  • Health and safety concerns
  • Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances
  • Technical errors in pricing or product description
  • Extenuating personal circumstances (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)

10. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible after your purchase or delivery
  2. Provide your order number, receipt, or proof of purchase
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Provide any supporting documentation or photographs if applicable

12. Chargebacks and Disputed Charges

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution. Chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of your account
  • Restriction from future purchases
  • Legal action to recover costs if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent

We are committed to resolving all legitimate concerns fairly and promptly.
